، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " كُلُّ مِيرَاثٍ قُسِمَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَهُوَ عَلَى قَسْمِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ، وَكُلُّ مِيرَاثٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ حَتَّى أَدْرَكَهُ الإِسْلامُ فَهُوَ عَلَى قَسْمِ الإِسْلامِ " .
