نا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْعُكْلِيِّ ، قَالَ : " النِّكَاحُ إِلَى الْوَلِيِّ ، وَلَكِنْ يُشَاوَرُ الْوَصِيُّ " .
