نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا يُونُسُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ بِثُلُثِهِ لِبَنِي فُلانٍ فَهُوَ لَهُمْ ، الذَّكَرُ وَالأُنْثَى سَوَاءٌ فِيهِ " .
