ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنِ الأَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ " أَنَّهُ كَانَ لا يَرَى فِي مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ زَكَاةً إِلا مَا كَانَ مِنْ نَخْلٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ " .
