, عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " لا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ ، وَلا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرَ الْمُسْلِمَ " .
