, يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ لا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرَ , وَإِنَّ الْكَافِرَ لا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمَ " .
