رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا عَنْ تَفْسِيرِ ذَلِكَ ، قَالَ : هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يَحْلِفُ عَلَى حَقِّ الرَّجُلِ ، ثُمَّ تَقُومُ الْبَيِّنَةُ لِصَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ عَلَى حَقِّهِ فَيَنْبَغِي لِلْإِمَامِ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ .
