رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : " خَمْسَةُ أَشْيَاءَ إِلَى الْإِمَامِ : صَلَاةُ الْجُمْعَةِ وَالْعِيدَيْنِ ، وَأَخْذُ الصَّدَقَاتِ ، وَالْحُدُودُ ، وَالْقَضَاءُ ، وَالْقِصَاصُ " .
