رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، " فِي جَارِيَةٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ وَطَأَهَا جَمِيعًا ، فَوَلَدَتِ ابْنًا ، هُوَ ابْنُهُمَا جَمِيعًا يَرِثُهُمَا وَيَرِثَانِهِ وَهُوَ لِلْبَاقِي مِنْهُمَا " .
