رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، فِي دَابَّةٍ بِيَدِ رَجُلٍ ادَّعَاهَا رَجُلٌ وَلِأَحَدِهِمَا شَاهِدَانِ وَلِلْآخَرِ ثَلَاثَةُ شُهُودٍ ، قَالَ : " هُوَ بَيَّنَهَا عَلَى خَمْسَةٍ لِصَاحِبِ الشَّاهِدَيْنِ الْخُمُسَانِ ، وَلِصَاحِبِ الثَّلَاثَةِ : الثَّلَاثَةُ أَخْمَاسٍ " .
