حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ ، عَنْ هِلالِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ : قَسَمٌ لِذِي حِجْرٍ سورة الفجر آية 5 ، قَالَ : " لِذِي عَقْلٍ " .
