حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، أنا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ عَنْ " رَجُلٍ أَخْرَجَ زَكَاةَ مَالِهِ ، فَضَاعَتْ ؟ قَالَ : يُعِيدُهَا " .
