: " لِلْمُتَّقِينَ . أَيِ : الَّذِينَ يَحْذَرُونَ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عُقُوبَتَهُ فِي تَرْكِ مَا يَعْرِفُونَ مِنَ الْهُدَى ، وَيَرْجُونَ رَحْمَتَهُ بِالتَّصْدِيقِ بِمَا جَاءَ بِهِ " .
