، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِذَا سَجَدْتَ ، فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ ، وَارْفَعْ مِرْفَقَيْكَ " .
