كَانَ يَقُولُ إذَا رَأَى الْهِلَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ إنَّا ارْزُقْنَا نَصْرَهُ ، وَخَيْرَهُ ، وَبَرَكَتَهُ وَفَتْحَهُ ، وَنُورَهُ ، وَنَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهِ ، وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهُ " .
