حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَقَرَّ بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ جَازَ عَلَيْهِ فِي نَصِيبِهِ " .
