حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يُطَيِّبُونَ لِأَهْلِ الْمُرْتَدِّ مِيرَاثَهُ يَعْنِي إِذَا قُتِلَ " .
