رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ , اشْتَرَطَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ " إِنْ قُتِلَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ بِأَرْضِكُمْ ، فَعَلَيْكُمُ الدِّيَةُ " .
