رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ خُوصِمَ إِلَيْهِ فِي بَغْلَةٍ ، فَأَقَامَ أَحَدُ الْخَصْمَيْنِ خَمْسَةَ شُهَدَاءَ أَنَّهَا لَهُ نُتِجَتْ عِنْدَهُ ، وَأَقَامَ الآخَرُ شَاهِدَيْنِ أَنَّهَا نُتِجَتْ عِنْدَهُ ، " فَقَضَى لِصَاحِبِ الْخَمْسَةِ بِخَمْسَةِ أَسْبَاعِهَا ، وَلِصَاحِبِ الشَّاهِدَيْنِ بِالسُّبْعَيْنِ " . .
