، قَالَ : " إِنَّمَا الْحَلْقُ عَلَى نَوَاهٍ " . فَهَذَا ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَمْ يَرُدَّ أَمْرَ الْحَلْقِ إِلَى ضَفْرٍ ، وَلَا إِلَى تَلْبِيدٍ ، وَلَا إِلَى مَا سِوَاهُمَا غَيْرَ النِّيَّةِ مِنَ الْمُحْرِمِ ، فَإِنَّهُ رَدَّ الْأَمْرَ فِي ذَلِكَ إِلَيْهَا .
