حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دَازِيلَ ، نا قَبِيصَةُ ، قَالَ : قِيلَ لِسُفْيَانَ : لِمَ لا تَأْمُرُ وَتَنْهَى ؟ قَالَ : وَيْحَكُمْ ! مَنْ يُسَكِّنُ الْبَحْرَ إِذَا انْبَثَقَ .
