، فَجَعَلَ يُسَائِلُهُ ، وَيَنْظُرُ إِلَى قَمِيصِهِ ، وَيَمْسَحُهُ ، وَيَقُولُ : " يَا أَحْنَفُ ، بِكَمْ أَخَذْتَ قَمِيصَكَ هَذَا ؟ قَالَ : أَخَذْتُ بِاثْنَى عَشَرَ دِرْهَمٍ ، قَالَ : وَيْحَكَ أَلا كَانَ بِسِتَّةٍ ، وَكَانَ فَضْلُهُ فِيمَا تَعْلَمُ " .
