وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ، وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مِنْ أَبَّرَ نَخْلا ، ثُمَّ بَاعَ أَصْلَهَا فَلِلَّذِي أَبَّرَ تَمْرُ النَّخْلِ إِلا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ " .
