، قَالَ : " كَانَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ مِمَّنْ كَانَ يُفْتِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ " .
