، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ ، إلا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ " .
